When you use our website or request a shipping quote, we may collect:

• Shipping destination and parcel details
• IP address and browser information (collected automatically)

• To provide you with shipping quotes and process your orders
• To contact you via WhatsApp or email about your shipment

4. Third Parties

We share data with trusted third parties only as necessary:

• DHL Express — to process and track your shipment
• Supabase — our secure cloud database provider
• Vercel — our website hosting provider
• Google Analytics — our optional website analytics service provider, used only after you accept analytics

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Google Analytics event and user data is configured for a retention period of 14 months. Your analytics consent choice is stored locally in your browser for 12 months, after which we ask again. You may request deletion of personal data held directly by us by contacting us.

7. Cookies and Optional Analytics

Our website uses storage that is necessary for functions such as authentication sessions. Separately, we offer optional Google Analytics measurement. Analytics is off by default: we do not load Google Analytics or allow analytics storage unless you explicitly select Accept analytics. Selecting Reject optional cookies does not affect the Contact form, WhatsApp, telephone links, shipping tools, or other necessary website functions.

If accepted, Google Analytics may measure page views, scrolls, outbound clicks, successful Contact form delivery, WhatsApp contact clicks, and telephone contact clicks. Analytics receives only the website origin and pathname; query strings and URL fragments are excluded. We do not send names, Email addresses, telephone numbers, messages, addresses, tracking numbers, payment references, account details, form contents, or User-ID to Google Analytics.

The consent signal analytics_storage is granted only after acceptance. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalisation remain denied. Google Signals and Ads personalisation are not enabled, and we do not use advertising cookies.

You can reopen Cookie preferences at any time to accept, reject, or withdraw analytics consent. Withdrawing consent stops future Analytics collection on this browser and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. It does not automatically delete information already sent to Google. The local consent choice contains only its version, your accepted or rejected choice, and a timestamp; it does not contain your identity.
