Terms of Service

By using the YellowBeeX website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. YellowBeeX is operated by Simply System Pte Ltd (UEN: 200507099D), 14 Scotts Road #05-73, Far East Plaza, Singapore 228213.

1. Our Services

YellowBeeX provides international courier support from Singapore, with shipments facilitated through our DHL Express business account. We offer:

• Door-to-door delivery from Singapore to 220+ countries
• Document and parcel shipments
• Free shipping quotes via our online form
• Shipment pickup arrangement from your location

2. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes provided are estimates based on declared weight and destination
• Final pricing may vary if actual weight or dimensions differ from declared
• Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include our service fee
• Quotes are valid for 24 hours from the time of issue
• Fuel surcharges and remote area fees may apply and will be communicated upfront

3. Payment

• Payment is accepted via PayNow to UEN 200507099D
• Full payment is required before shipment collection
• Receipts will be provided upon payment confirmation

4. Prohibited Items

We do not ship items prohibited by DHL Express or Singapore Customs, including but not limited to:

• Dangerous goods, explosives, and flammable materials
• Illegal substances or counterfeit goods
• Live animals or perishable foods (unless specifically arranged)
• Cash, credit cards, or negotiable instruments

5. Liability

• Shipments are carried by DHL Express under DHL's applicable transport and liability terms
• We strongly recommend declaring the accurate value of your shipment and purchasing DHL shipment insurance for high-value items
• YellowBeeX is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

6. Customs and Import Duties

The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees in the destination country. YellowBeeX does not pre-pay these charges unless specifically agreed.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be requested before the shipment is collected
• Once a shipment is handed to DHL, cancellations are subject to DHL's policies
• Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days where applicable

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
